SHORTFUSE, London's only weekly fusion of stand-up poetry, performance comedy and spokenword, RETURNS IN 2006 ON THURSDAY 19TH JANUARY.

Simon Munnery a feature length extended set from the mind and body behind Alan Parker: Urban Warrior, The League Against Tedium and Buckethead… tonight appearing as himself…expect surreal philosophising, comic invention, freewheeling verse and a dribble of harmonica…or something else entirely.

Martin White: fantastically talented songwriter and comedian performs his unique take on everyday life from his forthcoming solo accordion album. Yes, accordion.

Unfortunately Alistair Cook cannot make tonight's show, but we have managed to secure Barry Jones & Stewart MacLoed: Stars of Channel 4's TV shows `The Magic of Jesus', `Dirty Tricks' and `When magic tricks go wrong'. This is your chance to see these underground Scottish magicians unleash their alternative brand of dark, surreal, bizarre comedy magic live and up close.
